This is our flagship annual race inaugurated in 22 November 2008, with 5km and 10km events.
In 2013 we decided to add 21.1km so as to grow our field participation.
Participation has grown from strength to strength and now we can boldly say a combined field of 400+ athletes participated in 2013
Our biggest challenge have been always been Sponsorship as club members personally contribute finances for Race T-shits and Prizes to make this race a success
Given the fact that our Transkei region is disadvantaged in professional organised races, in year 2022 we are launching a full marathon (42,2km) hosted under our banner as Cheetahs Athletic Club, this will help long distance athletes in qualifying for both Comrades Ultra Marathon and Two Oceans Ultra Marathon
